4 SUITS (Spades, Clubs, Hearts, Diamonds)
Spades - Burpees
Clubs - Clean & Press
Diamond - Press Ups
Hearts - Kettlebell Swing
Simple workout - if a 7 of Spades comes out …you do 7 burpees and pull out the 2nd card….8 of Diamonds so you do 8 Press ups and so on….
Jacks = 10
Queen = 11
King = 12
Ace = 13
Joker = x2 next card that comes out!
Great Workout seeing you do around 100 reps of everything, try do it against the clock and change the exercises to your preference….can be done with anything!
